• Organization details: association name, property address(es), unit information
• Building records and documents you upload or input, including compliance records, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and related materials
• Payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications you send us, including support requests and feedback

• Log data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs
• Device information: operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution

3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 With Other Users
Building records and verified data you contribute to a property profile may be visible to other authorized users of that property (e.g., other board members, authorized property managers). You control what data is submitted to a property record.
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately.
3.3 With Business Partners
We may share aggregated or de-identified building and property data with real estate professionals, lenders, insurers, and other business partners. Such data does not identify individual users.
3.4 Legal Compliance and Safety
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Centity, our users, or the public.
3.5 Business Transfers

We may share information in other circumstances with your consent.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We also retain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Building records may be retained longer where required by applicable property law or contractual obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 8). Note that certain building record data tied to a property may be retained if required by law or agreed upon by the property organization.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data storage, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices and Rights
6.1 Account Information
You may review and update your account information at any time through your account settings.
6.2 Email Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email. You will continue to receive transactional emails necessary to operate your account.
6.3 Rights for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 6.4 Rights for EEA/UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns.

We will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Note that deleting your account does not automatically remove building records associated with a property if those records are shared with an organization.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the
privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any
third-party services you access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service before the change becomes effective.
